ABOUT ME

I want to help you achieve your optimal level of health. I've had extensive healthcare training to guide you step by step and give you the tools to start living your best life. My passion for natural health solutions started at a young age when I was growing up in the Niagara region. My curiosity for health and wellness lead me to do my Pre-Medical studies in Biology at Wilfrid Laurier University. It was here, I started hearing about friends and family who were seeing Naturopathic Doctors.

When I looked into this profession I quickly realized this was a career that combined all my interests and was the perfect fit for me. I was so excited to discover this career path that I targeted all my courses to meet the pre-requisites to gain acceptance into a Naturopathic College (of which there are only two accredited colleges in Canada). When I applied to the Canadian College of Naturopathic medicine in Toronto, I made no back up plans. I knew that this was what I was going to do.

Now I'm fortunate to have a job that I absolutely love, where I get to share my passion for health with others. I'm excited to finally be back in Niagara working in the community that I grew up in, sharing my experience and knowledge helping those around me be at their best.  I believe that healthcare is best provided by a team and that increased collaboration means a better outcome for the patient. This is why I chose to work out of 2 multi-disciplinary clinics in Grimsby. Please feel free to stop by any of my clinics to speak to me in person. As a registered naturopathic doctor I am certified with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO). I also hold active memberships with the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND) and the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND).
